Our Mission

Our Parenting + program envisions empowering parents, equipping them with the essential tools and wisdom to navigate parenthood with grace, fostering the growth of resilient and thriving children.

How It Works

The Open Arms Pregnancy Clinic (OAPC) is here to help you discover and implement healthy habits in your pregnancy, your parenting, your relationships, and in your daily life. For this purpose, we invite you to join the Parenting + program.

  • Participants have access to one-on-one or small class sizes, personalized attention, handouts with key points to reference later, and a comfortable space to learn.
  • Participants can enroll for in-person or online classes. Online participants will not have access to the Baby Closet.
  • In-person participants are rewarded with limited material assistance from the Baby Closet.
  • The program is offered in our location, at no cost and in both individual and group formats.

Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

  • How long are the classes?

    Every appointment is one hour.

  • How often do I need to come?

Your coach will make all attempts to work alongside your needs and schedule. However, to get the most advantage of all the great classes we offer, we try to schedule every other week during pregnancy and once a month after birth. If you want to be seen more often all you need to do is communicate with your coach.

  • Can my partner join me?

Partners are more than welcome to come in. The only requirement is that enrollment has to be per individual, so if this will be his first time with us we will need his information to schedule his appointment.

  • Can I bring my children?

After your child is born, you are more than welcome to bring your newborn with you. We do request that you arrange childcare for other children.

  • What is the cost of the classes?

    Classes are free of cost.

Here to walk alongside you as you grow, birth, and parent your little one.
