Volunteers who initially meet with our clients. They assess client needs and discuss ways we can help before they meet with medical staff. Must be available to serve one 4-hour shift each week during business hours.
Volunteer RNs and LVNs perform the pregnancy testing and patient education. Qualified and interested RNs may be trained to perform limited OB ultrasound scans
Help assemble newsletters and event mailings.
Scan files. Must be a computer competent, have strong attention to detail, and strict confidentiality. Must be able to volunteer at Open Arms four hours weekly during clinic hours.
Volunteers to chaperone our ultrasound appointments.
It takes a lot of work behind the scenes to plan a successful Walk for Life, Annual Banquet, or other special event. You could help make it happen!
The prayers of faithful believers is the reason we're able to keep our doors open to serve our clients in a safe space.
Open Arms is served by volunteers with different specialties. From accounting to marketing to development, etc. If you have a particular skill, there's likely a way to offer your services to advance the work we're doing.
